Breached Dams

This series of paintings is about systemic failures. Though these pre-date the Covid pandemic, they allude to impending disasters and ignoring the need for preparedness. On a fundamental level, this series is about dualities such as order/chaos. All of these paintings are quite large in order to convey some of the visceral qualities of mammoth disasters. All are oil on canvas.
